Developing the Connecticut Public Sector Workforce (local, regional, and state) has been on the minds of many of us over the past few years. The public workforce in Connecticut, like the public workforce nationally, is aging. Unique to Connecticut is the trend of a shrinking workforce. Connecticut also has the added question of retirements from the state workforce and the impact of these retirements.

Panel 2

10:30am - 11:45am

Keynote Address

12:30pm - 1:30pm
