Medical Case Manager, Advancing Connecticut Together

Iris began her career in the private sector of insurance. She has since graduated with a BA in Human Services from Goodwin University in East Hartford, CT.

Iris now works with ACT, Advancing Connecticut Together, a nonprofit organization, advocating for and assisting individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.

As a medical case manager, Iris has coordinated and created plans of care for low income individuals who have HIV/AIDS, whether it is discussing access to medical care, transportation, housing or financial assistance. She has been with the organization since September 2021.
