Mary Murano is a graduate of the Encore!Connecticut 2020 Class. She joined the Development Team at Career Resources Inc. in November 2020 where she serves as Grant Writer.  Prior to her shift to the non-profit sector, Murano was an executive in the entertainment industry, responsible for selling cable television networks and video content to multiple distribution outlets, including cable operators, satellite providers and digital platforms. In this capacity, she developed and managed long-term partnerships with corporate clients representing over $250 million in annual revenue.  Murano is a Board Member of The Azraq Education and Community Fund, a small U.S. based non-profit focused on providing remedial education support and humanitarian aid for Syrian refugees living in Northern Jordan.
