Robert J. Sitkowski, AICP, Esq.
Robert J. Sitkowski currently serves as UConn’s Associate Director of Real Estate for the office of University Planning, Design and Construction, having served in other capacities during his over ten-year career at UConn. Prior to joining UConn, he was in private law practice in Connecticut and Illinois, where he concentrated on representing governments, property owners, developers and interest groups in land use and real estate development matters. Robert is a co-author of From Sprawl to Sustainability (American Bar Association, 2010) and a chapter author in A Legal Guide to Urban and Sustainable Development for Planners, Developers and Architects (Wiley, 2008). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and the Connecticut Bar Association.
