Scott graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and moved into the beverage industry holding Executive Sales, General Management, and Supply Chain roles. In June of 2021, he moved to Connecticut Foodshare as the COO leading the Transportation, Warehousing, Sourcing, Volunteer Activation, Facilities, and Safety functions. Scott serves on the Governor’s task force to increase diversity in agriculture and is an advocate for change. Scott is involved in activism activities throughout the state as well as mentoring. He and his wife, Melba, live in Ridgefield and have two daughters, Ella and Charlotte.
