Mary Greenwell is a Teaching Assistant for the academic year 2021-22. Originally from Warwick, Rhode Island, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Eastern Connecticut State University in 2021. Greenwell graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the Deans List every semester at Eastern. Additionally, Greenwell was inducted to the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society in Fall of 2020. In 2021, Greenwell served as the leader of Eastern’s chapter and presented her research on Religion and the Criminal Justice System at the Pi Sigma Alpha National Student Research Conference in March of 2021. Some of her other undergraduate research focused on environmental policy. As a graduate student, Greenwell is looking to focus on education policy and will be working towards her Master of Public Administration.
