Jeff Hallin is the Assistant Director of Management and Budget at the City of Hartford, CT and has 20 years of budget, financial, and management experience. Prior to serving in government, he worked in the private sector as a manager for LCS Inc., a technology and consulting firm based in Southern California. He earned his Master of Public Administration from the University of Connecticut School of Public Policy, along with attaining membership in Pi Alpha Alpha, the national academic honor society for public affairs and administration. Jeff earned his Bachelor of  Arts in Communications from Western New England University. He lives in his home town of Wethersfield, Connecticut, with his wife and son.
