UConn’s School of Public Policy is proud to be an Academic Partner of the Connecticut Town and City Management Association (CTCMA) . This partnership provides a pathway for municipal professionals within the CTCMA network to pursue a Master of Public Administration (MPA) Executive Track or a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Public Management.

Program Benefits
The School of Public Policy provides qualified CTCMA members with the following benefits:
- Application fee waiver.
- $2,000 tuition scholarship applied to program costs.
- Expedited application processing.
The application fee waiver and tuition scholarship apply exclusively to our Executive-Track MPA and Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Public Management and cannot be combined with any other academic partnerships. Current students adding a certificate or degree are not eligible.
