UConn’s School of Public Policy is proud to be an Academic Partner of Leadership Greater Hartford (LGH). This partnership provides a pathway for LGH alumni to pursue a Master of Public Administration (MPA) Executive Track, a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management, or a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Public Management.

Program Benefits
The School of Public Policy provides qualified Leadership Greater Hartford Alumni with the following benefits:
- Application fee waiver.
- $2,000 tuition scholarship applied to program costs.
- Expedited application processing.
The application fee waiver and tuition scholarship apply exclusively to our Executive-Track MPA, Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Public Management, and Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management. Benefits cannot be combined with any other academic partnerships. Current students adding a certificate or degree are not eligible.

As the state’s only NASPAA-accredited MPA program, we offer a cohort model designed for working professionals, with classes conveniently meeting in an accelerated Saturday format.
Under the guidance of expert faculty, students take courses in project management, human resource management, and executive leadership to cultivate practical skills essential for career success.
Courses are available at UConn Hartford, UConn Stamford, and online, ensuring public service professionals throughout Connecticut have access to the program.
