Autumn Hernandez is a Family Advocate at the East Haven Family Resource Center, dedicated to supporting families and ensuring access to vital community resources. She is passionate about advocating for children, fostering strong parent–child relationships, and driving meaningful change that empowers families and strengthens the community. Autumn holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut and is currently pursuing her MPA to serve and create lasting impact on children’s lives.
