Professional Experience

Ben Barnes has been working in Connecticut state and local government for over 30 years. He served as the State’s top budget and finance official for eight years and has also held senior roles with the Board of Regents, the Bridgeport Board of Education and the City of Stamford where he is currently Director of Administration. He lives in Stratford with his family.
