Human Resources Associate, State of Connecticut

Ben currently serves a Human Resources Associate with the State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services, Talent Solutions. In this role, Ben supports state agencies with talent acquisition, recruitment related outreach, and special projects. Prior to joining the State of Connecticut, Ben was a Department of Defense Contractor for the Connecticut Committee for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, serving as program administrator and liaison facilitating engagement with public and private sector employers and the military community on program initiatives and objectives. Ben also served in the Connecticut Army National Guard as a Military Police Officer, vacillating between full-time and part-time assignment before retiring in 2011. Spending his life in service, Ben firmly believes government to be the ultimate public good, with good stewardship at all levels paramount to that.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from UConn.
