Brandie Williams has dedicated over eleven years to serving in the public sector, demonstrating a strong commitment to public service and community development. Currently, she is a Fiscal Administrative Assistant at the Department of Administrative Services, where she manages financial processes within the accounts payable division, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of departmental expenditures. Prior to this role, Brandie contributed her expertise at the Office of the Secretary of the State, focusing on asset management and budgeting, which provided her with a comprehensive understanding of governmental financial operations and resource allocation.

Brandie holds an Associate Degree in Homeland Security with a minor in Psychology, reflecting her interest in security and human behavior, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, equipping her with foundational knowledge in public policy, organizational management, and leadership. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she is passionate about volunteering and actively giving back to her community, believing in the importance of civic engagement and service.

Through participation in the MPA Fellows program, Brandie aims to deepen her understanding of public policy, enhance her leadership skills, and prepare for greater roles within her organization. Her career goal is to transition into a leadership position where she can influence policy and create meaningful change.
