Cristian Paldino Guerrette is an Investigator for the U.S. Department of Labor in the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs division. As a U.S. Department of Labor OFCCP Investigator, he is responsible for ensuring that federal contractors comply with anti-discrimination laws and regulations. Cristian’s role involves conducting investigations, analyzing data, and working with employers to address any compliance issues that may arise.
Prior to this position, Cristian worked at Granby Town Hall through the internship program here at the UConn School of Public Policy, where he helped with grant writing for their Public Works Department, conducted research and created memos for their Community Development Office, helped to create and finalize a new town website, and many other projects.
Cristian uses his team collaboration and time management skills learned from UConn’s School of Public Policy to work effectively and efficiently for the OFCCP where he often has to collaborate with his team, and juggle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
In his free time, he loves to spend time with his family and friends, as well as makes sure to help current SPP students whenever possible through outreach events and mentor programming.
