Business Development Manager, CBIA (Connecticut Business & Industry Association)

Daniel Miller is a business development manager at CBIA, the state’s largest trade group.

Miller meets with current and prospective members and collaborates with local and regional business organizations. He is responsible for creating new ways to engage and recruit members.

Miller has over 10 years of experience in consultative sales in manufacturing and construction supply distribution. This experience allows him to connect companies to CBIA’s legislative advocacy and economic and workforce development initiatives.

He also volunteers at the Bridgeport Juvenile Detention facility as a mentor. In addition, he has served as creative director at various churches and launched a coffee-based business in 2021.

Miller is a lifelong Bridgeport resident and lives with his beautiful wife and three rambunctious children.
