David Krayeski

David Krayeski is the Undersecretary for Labor Relations in the Office of Policy and Management (OPM). He acts as the chief labor negotiator for Governor Lamont during contract negotiations for all the Executive Branch Agencies and for the coalition bargaining with the State Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition (SEBAC). David manages the adjudication unit for the Office of Labor Relations that conducts grievance hearings, arbitration appeals, unfair labor practices and cases before the Employees Review Board. The Office of Labor Relations consistently strives to coach, advise and train human resources and labor relations professionals throughout state government on effectively managing the relationship between labor and management. David is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and has a Masters Degree from Trinity College.
