Diane Sierpina is a Program Director of The Tow Foundation. She leads and manages a portfolio of grantees across the Foundation’s impact areas, with special focus on the Justice Impact Area. Diane contributes to strategy and learning to support both grantee organizations and advance the Foundation’s mission. She cultivates relationships grounded in mutual respect and collaboration, serving as an advocate, partner, and connector for grantee partners and other organizations committed to justice work. Prior to joining the Foundation, Diane was a journalist covering government, politics, and social issues.
