Supervising Special Investigator, CT Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services

Holly is the Supervising Special Investigator and Program Coordinator for Tobacco Prevention and Enforcement Program with the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and the Food and Drug Administration. She has been employed by DMHAS for 12 years and provides oversight for Connecticut’s Tobacco Enforcement Contract with the FDA.

Prior to her career at DMHAS, Holly worked for 15 years for the Connecticut Department of Social Services, where she held a variety of positions providing support for the DSS population but spent the majority of her time as a Lead Investigator in the Fraud Unit.
Holly holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master of Science Degree from the University of New Haven.
