J Wren Pennington is an administrator at the intersection of libraries, technology, and public education, with ten years experience helping school librarians, teachers, and staff, use technology and data. After graduating from Texas State University, J Wren worked in the tech industry and law, before entering the public school system working in library technology. In their roles as Library Technology Facilitator and Coordinator, they discovered a passion for leading and teaching teams. They spend their free time building LGBTQIA+ community, advocating for libraries, and exploring their new home state of Connecticut.
