Lieutenant, Connecticut State Police

Kate is a Lieutenant with the Connecticut State Police and is currently the Commanding Officer of the Traffic Services Unit.  Kate has been a State Trooper for ten years and has worked in a variety of assignments, including Troop I-Bethany, the State Police Training Academy, and Troop H- Hartford. Prior to joining the Connecticut State Police, Kate spent 5 years as a Connecticut Adult Probation Officer where she supervised high risk sex-offenders in the community. Kate has her BA in Spanish from UConn and spent a year in Juarez, Mexico, doing missionary work following her undergraduate graduation from UConn.
