Keri Hoehne is currently serving as the Secretary-Treasurer of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 371, the first female to hold that position in the organization’s 85-year history.  Following her graduation from Boston College, Keri worked for over a decade as a union organizer and organizing director for Local 371, organizing hundreds of workers through over fifty NLRB elections.  Following that, Keri worked for the UFCW as a Union Representative, Recorder, and Executive Vice President, negotiating and administering dozens of collective bargaining agreements throughout Connecticut, Western Massachusetts, and Vermont.  Most recently, Mrs. Hoehne has assisted with the implementation of a new multi-employer 401(k) plan, serving as its administrator, and has served as an alternate trustee on a multi-employer health plan. Keri has implemented and improved several new communications practices within her union local, including peer to peer texting programs, member databases, and social media campaigns. She has served on the Executive Board of the CT AFL-CIO since 2011, serving as the First Vice President since 2019, and is an elected Constable and Justice of the Peace in Torrington, Connecticut, where she resides with her husband, Chris, and their three daughters.
