Senior Customer Service Representative, City of Norwalk

Michelle has been providing customer service to the City of Norwalk since 2016. She is a part of a 3-person team that answers an average of 1200 inquiries a month. Michelle has over 10 years of experience in customer service. She loves to serve and give back to the city she grew up in. Michelle received her undergraduate degree in History and International Studies from the University of Mount Saint Vincent, in New York City. Michelle loves traveling, Disney, and the Yankees. She hopes to visit all Disney parks around the world and baseball stadiums across the country. Michelle is excited to start this chapter with UConn and cannot wait to meet the challenges and opportunities this program will bring.
