Nicholas Jakubowski is the Director of Program Monitoring & Fiscal Review with CT Department of Public Health where he oversees the Contact & Grant Management Section from inception to execution. He manages a team of 20 staff who manage and report on over 500 contracts. He also manages the agency’s bond disbursements, external audit compliance on contracts, and the proper administration of grant funds that DPH receives. He has spent the last 11 years of his life serving in an executive capacity of nonprofit agencies, dealing directly with youth development and educational attainment. Nick graduated from UConn with a degree in History.
