I graduated from Hartwick College with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science and a minor in Museum Studies Magna Cum Laude. Where I was awarded the John Christopher Hartwick award and named a Facility Scholar. While getting my education as an undergrad I played football and I was named Captain my senior year, earning the E8 Sportsman of the Year and the Phil Rigano award. I was elected as Executive President of Student Government during my senior year. I was a member of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee for the college. I was also an active member of the Black Student Union. I am a member of the Criminal Justice and Political Science Honor Society. As a Criminal Justice major, I worked doing research looking at aggression in juveniles. I also work on several projects with the Hartwick Institution of Politics.

I have always wanted to make a change and improve the lives of people around me. I hope that furthering my education will lead me down this exact path. After graduating with a Master of Public Administration (MPA). I aspire to one day work in several capacities helping people from non-profits to working within government. I currently work with a nonprofit that looks to improve inner-city students through writing.
