Assistant Director, Healthcare Policy & Benefit Services Division, CT Office of the State Comptroller

Tracy is an Assistant Director in the Healthcare Policy & Benefit Services Division of the State of Connecticut Office of the State Comptroller (OSC). She has been with OSC for 18 years in different capacities relating to employee health plan administration and health policy. She currently oversees the administration of the state employee and retiree health benefit plan and the CT Partnership plan which covers over 220,000 members. Tracy has a focus on supporting healthcare policy initiatives including programs to achieve better health outcomes for members while also creating savings in the health plan. She values the ability to help members navigate the complex world of health insurance and resolve issues navigating the healthcare system. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Central CT State University. She resides in Enfield with her two teenage sons and her favorite 4-legged adopted son Manfred.
