Adriana currently serves the State of Connecticut-OPM, consulting on data and AI governance efforts while supporting project management and policy development efforts.  Her previous roles include serving as Advanced Data Specialist at the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts, interning with the CT OPM’s Data and Policy Analytics unit, graduate research with IMRP, and business intelligence and data protection with MassMutual Life Insurance. Adriana has a background in scaling corporate cyber security and data governance. Her  contributions to the tech industry sit at the intersection of innovation and social impact.

Adriana holds a BS in Data Science and a certificate in Criminology from UMass and an MPA from the UConn School of Public Policy.
