Policy & Advocacy Manager, Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence

Mario Volpe is the Policy and Advocacy Manager at the Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence. In this role, Mario works to research, promote, and advance legislation that protects survivors of domestic violence and coordinates advocacy efforts among CCADV’s members. Prior to his time at CCADV, Mario served for nearly two years as the Legislative Aide for State Senator Jorge Cabrera at the Capitol. In 2023, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Urban Studies from the University of Connecticut.
