Samantha Eller is a Master of Public Administration student specializing in equity-centered public policy and intersectional policy design. Building on a background in English and Publishing Studies from Hofstra University, she is driven by a desire to draft public policy language that is accessible, inclusive, and impactful. To deepen this focus, she is also earning a certificate in Intersectional Indigeneity, Race, Ethnicity, and Politics.
A former small business owner with a decade of experience in project, event, and fundraising management, Samatha currently works in nonprofit operations management. In this role, she streamlines technical and administrative infrastructure to empower mission-driven organizations. Deeply committed to civic engagement, she actively supports local government initiatives and volunteers with the Pace Women’s Justice Center. Looking ahead, Samantha aims to draft transformative policy language, design inclusive public programs, and ultimately contribute to the field of transitional justice. Outside of her work, she is an avid West Coast Swing dancer and loves reading about strong women, both real and fictional.
