Meghan Lowney brings more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, strategy, and organizational development. She currently serves as Vice President of Strategy and Impact at The Tow Foundation, where she is a senior advisor to the president and board and leads work across organizational strategy and implementation, grantmaking, Board engagement, and communications.

Previously, Meghan was principal of Ripple Effect Consulting, advising nonprofit, philanthropic, and public sector leaders on strategy and organizational effectiveness. She served as executive director of The ZOOM Foundation and Operation Hope of Fairfield and began her career working to end homelessness through direct service, affordable housing development, and public policy change. Meghan is also the founder of Five Frogs, Inc., a nonprofit created to develop and connect social sector leaders in Connecticut.

Meghan received her B.A. in Applied Psychology and Human Development and Communications from Boston College and her Master of Social Work in Community Organizing from the University of Connecticut. Fairfield University awarded her an honorary Doctor of Laws degree.
