Senior Educational Program Administrator, UConn Office of First Year Programs & Learning Communities

Having graduated from UConn in 2007 with dual-degrees in Psychology and Sociology, Cody returns to his alma mater pursuing a MPA. He is currently a Senior Educational Program Administrator within the Office of First Year Programs & Learning Communities at UConn. More specifically, Cody manages the UConn Innovation Zone, which inspires creative and innovative thinking while providing a hands-on learning environment that encourages innovative design, prototyping, collaboration, problem solving, and entrepreneurship. This role allows him to share his passions for making, creativity, and working with students while overseeing the operations of the program.

Prior to his current role, Cody has experience as a Project Manager at a small promotional agency which represented multiple national brands and allowed him to travel the country. He began his career in higher education in 2014 as an Enrollment Services Representative at a small community college in his hometown of Calais, Maine. Cody then returned to UConn in 2016 to join the Office of First Year Programs & Learning Communities as a Program Assistant.
