“The MPA Fellows Program played an important role in advancing my career by strengthening my leadership skills and giving me the opportunity to learn alongside other professionals. Even through the challenges of COVID, we found ways to learn from one another and complete the program. The experience helped build my confidence as a leader and provided me with tools and resources that I continue to draw on today.”
