Jacqueline is an Administrative Assistant in the Legal Unit at the Department of Social Services, where she has gained valuable insight into the implementation, oversight, and enforcement of public policy. She is pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) at the University of Connecticut to strengthen her leadership and policy expertise and prepare for greater responsibilities in state government. Through the program, she aims to advance meaningful, sustainable improvements in social and health equity. Outside of her professional role, Jacqueline partners with community leaders to organize food distributions and health fairs that support individuals experiencing homelessness.
