Ludwig Pulaski

Property Agent 2, CT Department of Transportation

Ludwig Pulaski joins the UConn MPP Fellows program from the CT Department of Transportation, Division of Rights of Way where he is a Property Agent 2 in the Acquisition/Relocation Section and is responsible for the acquisition of property that is needed for updates to Connecticut’s transportation infrastructure.

He started his municipal career at the State of Vermont Agency of Transportation’s Rail and Aviation Bureau where he was quickly recognized for his attention to detail, ability to build rapport with the public and work within State and Federal Statutes skillfully.

Working for CT Department of Transportation reignited his passion for learning, as he quickly adapted to the new rules and procedures which lead to his application to UConn.

When not working or going to school, he can be found baking bread, weeding his garden, or repairing vintage sewing machines.
